Surveillance and Access Control

The 40th Avenue Storage facility is fenced and well lit.  Your individual storage space is secured by your own padlock which you supply.

An access controlled gate system closes off the fenced in storage area.  This is designed so only our customers are able to access the storage units.   The climate controlled buildings also use card access and are assigned specifically to customers in each building.  The system records the exact entrance and exit times of each customer.

Sixteen video surveillance cameras are strategically positioned on the site to monitor and record activity inside and outside the storage units. The activity is digitally recorded and archived.
